Before you enquire
Do I have to take all of these services together?
No. Plenty of clients start with one thing, most often payroll or a SARS problem that needs fixing, and add the rest later. That said, the fee for a bundled plan is normally well below the sum of the individual services, because the underlying work overlaps.
What is the smallest business you work with?
A sole proprietor or a company with one or two employees. Small businesses are often the most exposed, because the compliance obligations apply in full from the first employee and the first rand of turnover, while there is nobody inside the business whose job it is to track them.
Do you offer once off work, or only monthly plans?
Both. Monthly plans are where most of the value sits, but we also do one off work: a payroll health check, a backlog of unfiled SARS returns, a company restoration, a set of annual financial statements, or an accounting file cleanup. One off work is quoted as a fixed price before we start.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within two weeks of you accepting the quote. Onboarding runs in parallel with your current arrangement so nothing is interrupted, and where we are taking over payroll we run the first month in parallel so you can see the numbers agree before anything is paid.
