How quickly will I hear back?
Enquiries received on a business day are answered the same day or the next one. A written quote follows within 48 hours of us having enough information to scope it. If it is urgent, phone or WhatsApp rather than emailing.
Do I have to come to your office?
No. Everything can be done by phone, email, video call and WhatsApp, and most of our clients never visit. You are welcome to come in if you would rather meet in person, in which case call ahead so the right person is there.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation attached to it. We would rather spend thirty minutes telling you where you actually stand than have you sign up for something that does not fit.
What should I have ready before I call?
Nothing is required. It helps if you know your headcount, roughly what your annual turnover is, whether you are VAT registered, what accounting software you use if any, and what is currently going wrong. If you do not know some of those, that is a normal starting point too.
